We keep receiving “Error” messages when attempting to use the APP. Our software is up to date. We have to sit and wait for it to start working again- sometimes it an hour +. All our other Apps work during this time,

None of the settings work, time limits don’t stick, too hard to add the games/shows I approve to the kid area, they go to the adult area. I don’t want her in the adult area. Simply turning it off from the parent app doesn’t work. Not impressed.

I purchased a kids kindle fire and loved it. Recently my daughter broke it. Since she’s getting older I decided to purchase an iPad for her. I download the Amazon kids + app and about 85% of the content on there isn’t available. Why? Why why why? So stupid. If you’re paying for the service it should have all content available on any device that allows the app.

Why do I have to scroll through everything to enable apps on a profile? Provide a search function within the parents dashboard. Why do I have to disable Amazon kids on devices in order for my kids to access playlists in the family library? Why can’t I set schedules based on the devices they have? I want their echo to be accessible all the time while restricting their tablet access. Do better Amazon especially for yet another thing I’m having to pay for.

This app is terrible. Impossible to navigate WiFi settings etc. don’t bother. Get an apple

I am constantly required to reset my password even though I set a pin. ITS A KIDS APP, STOP REMOVING THE SAVED PIN. MY CURRENT PASSWORD DOESNT WORK ANYMORE FOR AMAZON KIDS BUT IT WORKS FOR AMAZON AND IT GETS ANNOYING. FIX YOUR SECURITY!!

I’m paying for apps in here and it’s not letting me put use the apps on the fire tablet it’s quite annoying

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to navigate settings, especially when trying to set passwords. In addition, it’s almost impossible to figure out how to download apps in kids profiles. Maybe I’m not a tech guru but I shouldn’t be to have a decent user experience.

This works… sometimes. It seems to lack basic functionality— one tap “off” mode, the ability to have different rules for different devices. They could do much much better

I can’t open books anymore. That is the main reason my parents have this subscription for me.
