App continually loses organization then you can’t find it on search useless.

It worked for our first two weeks, then it kicked us out and now we can’t locate our swim school. We can log in to the iclass portal on a computer but the app no longer works for us.

This is the most confusing app I got. Just jumping back and forth in the app every time trying to find the correct choice. Won’t download it if not for class. By the way, u can not take your credit card info off it. And recharge is automatically selected.

For whatever reason the app goes to a blank screen when I log in. I enter my information and when I click login it goes to a solid blank screen with a back arrow only. As the manager of our gym I’m very frustrated by this as we were trying to launch the app this new year and can’t offer solutions to our customers if they have this issue.

I downloaded the app to view the classes I set up for my grandson. Input the organization and all I get is a white out page for a login. Tried to delete and reinstall, same thing. This app is horrible. Supposedly updated 2 weeks ago, the developer must still be using MS-DOS programming. Very disappointed Saw an update to the APP. Updated and still get the same garbage on trying to login to pivot performance on my iPhone. Can I do a negative star??

Can’t log into organization to views child’s activities and schedules. Just a white screen when attempting to access their organization. So app is a fish out of water for me.

Just get a blank white screen

Downloaded this and tried creating account - just goes to blank screen after I submit name. Will just use mobile site. Very annoying.

I downloaded the app and input the company code, but once I press go, it goes straight to a white screen. Can’t do anything more. Is there a workaround?

Two different organizations that I have tried to find don’t load but I can go to the website version.
