If you can get other services—- RUN to get it! The worst internet provider in history!!! The app doesn’t work, when you call in the reps are useless and the internet goes out constantly. The slowest service ever.

Rural internet is almost nonexistent. Seems odd for the 5th fastest growing county in the nation. It’s very expensive for the bad service you receive. When you have to pay for two internet lines ($157) in order to have less than 15 mbps. Bottom line is, if you have a choice, don’t go with this company.
As for the app, it takes longer than any other page to load. 🤨

Internet works, then all of the sudden it doesn’t anymore. I call, miss 3 days of work without Wi-Fi and then randomly it works again. I’m about to switch back to spectrum. Never had this many problems with them.
No communication and App is toothless

Terrible service and support. Have to message the install technician anytime I have issues because the rest of the company is clueless. When service is down I don’t want to wait 2 days for a tech. It’s 2024 y’all some of us use internet for work it’s not just cat memes we email to our retired friends.
