Fabulous app for keeping up net carbs!!!

I really like this app! I left a 1 Star previously because my app quit working for a week. I couldn’t login, or reset my password. I’m up and running again, so I’m very happy I’m not out $50! This app has good recipes and is easy to use!!

I paid the annual premium in January and now I can’t log in. As well I can’t even submit a support ticket. It just spins and spins after I hit send. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-adding it, deleting history, etc to no avail. I’ve been using this app for more than a year. Super bummed to lose all that history.

App stopped working for no reason. Unable to submit support ticket to site.

Sorry for leaving this on here. The app has stopped working and just spins. Not able to log anything in. Not able to report the issue though the site either. Please help! Love your app been using it for years.

The app itself is great WHEN it works. I subscribe to premium and have contacted them before and they never even acknowledged they received it. Worked for approx a month. Two days ago it stopped loading my meals consumed into the tracker and it would spin and spin. I attempted to reach out to their support(which I pay for) and now it won’t even generate a support ticket. I figure I’ll log out, uninstall, install and then log back in with my Apple ID as I always did. Apple tells me I’m logged in but I can’t even log in now. I’m glad I only subscribed to premium on month to month or I would have wasted a lot more money with the yearly plan. I’d rather they fix it so I can change the rating I’m giving them but I don’t have high hopes.

App was great at first and then Meal plans stopped updating. Keep getting error messages about custom meal plans. Unable to fix. Support contact does not work. Stay away for now until they fix.

The first day I downloaded this app it was great. I really really was looking forward to the custom meal plans every week I paid for the premium so I can get the custom meal plans every week and that’s when my app stopped working there is a blank page when I go to the custom meal plans I have tried and put in sport tickets every day for a whole week and haven’t heard anything back from anyone, I can’t make custom meal plans. The only thing I can do is manually put in meals instead of getting a weekly meal plan like I did before I paid the $50.

Keep getting a message: Unfortunately, we do not have enough variation in our meal plans with the courses and/or allergens you have selected. Please change your selections or check back in a few weeks, as we are continuously addina more recipes to our svstem. Even though I made no selections- tried to submit a ticket and the message won’t send
