This app used to work really well but lately, every time I make an online purchase, cash back is activated AFTER I’ve already made a purchase so I’m not getting any benefit from using the app. It’s turned into just an annoying pop up ad after I’ve already made my purchase.

Takes a minute to setup but rarely finds any coupons even when I KNOW there’s coupons out there for 10% off that are valid. I’ve had better luck just searching for coupon codes on google with the merchant name folllowed by the term coupon code.

Terrible customer service no rewards and the coupons barely work it’s just another way for these corrupt corporations to gather more personal information about you and make money from it while you get no benefit from it don’t bother the customer service is just some Ai scripted response that you get over and over no help at all

Have it on every computer or phone I use. Almost always has a code available and has saved me so much online shopping. I tell everyone to download it.

Customer support is non existent. They haven’t responded to any of my inquiries in months. I wouldn’t need to reach out to them if Honey properly logged purchases and actually gave the amount of cashback they are offering. Edit: it has been well over a month since I left this review. Customer support has still not responded. I am missing over $10 in cash back. Save your time and money and don’t sign up for Honey. Use another app like Top Cashback or Rakuten.

I like using Honey, it was free and almost always saves me money.

I just downloaded honey today on my phone and the outcome I got was horrible. I tried to use codes but NONE of them are working. I will keep trying out other stores while using honey but overall I will be deleting this app the new I heard about it is 100% FAKE
