    My password didn’t work so I tapped send me an email to reset password. I don’t get any email and I tried to sign in with Facebook/apple and it just says the email/number is already in use. I just want my dq rewards 🙄🥺

    The drive thru was lined up around the store so I went i side to get my mobile order. It wasn’t quite ready (I got a shake blizzard and slushy with my meals). They made sure I had all the correct stuff in the bag. They were all going as fast as they could to get everyone in the drive thru and in the store.

    Ordered via the app then went to pick up in store as the app does not allow for pickup through drive thru option. Entered store and was never greeted by any staff could see three staff just working the drive thru and no one working front counter. Waited several minutes to be acknowledged by anyone and then same three more what appeared to be adult staff and still no one acknowledged my presence. Finally a young lady that had seen me when I first entered came over reluctantly to the counter and just stood at the register with no action to acknowledge me then I finally said are you ready and she did yes and I told her I was picking up. I could see my bagged order had been there ready the whole time and then they now had to make our ice cream order. Needless to say our food was very cold by the time we got home. DQ needs to train staff in customer service basics. Acknowledge customers when they enter and not ignore them. Will not be going back.

    Every time I’ve tried to use the rewards it doesn’t work. They really need to fix this app. It’s pointless.

    Every DQ within a 25 mile radius says “Online ordering not supported”. What a JOKE. Why would I bother having your app if it can’t do the one job it purports to do? Deleted immediately and will just go elsewhere to ice cream companies with the technology to actually support in-app ordering, like Cold Stone and Baskin Robbins.
