Great app except the shake order feature never works

Sharing this feedback out of my love of Barry’s and in the hopes that it helps. The app simply is not very good: when trying to book specific spots, the system simply takes much, much longer than it should and it frequently times out. Yes, I realize that these are huge problems but when you’re trying to book 7-8 classes at a time (for the week ahead) those delays and issues build up and frustrate. Not sure why this is happening but I hope the app team at Barry’s is monitoring this feedback and takes it into consideration. In an era of instant everything, the slowness and bugginess of this app sticks out — particularly given the high cost per class.

Barry’s has been nothing short of a blessing for my health and fitness. I have dropped over 20lbs since joining the Barry’s family. I really appreciate Sean, Kate, Joe, and Ari for helping me with my fitness journey.
