    I paid for a full year upfront but the app hasn’t worked in several weeks now. My subscription comes to an end and there’s no point in renewing. I emailed them about a month ago, and they just emailed me back and said we are aware but no eta and no other solution. I think waiting close to 2 months is more then fair.

    Whenever I am able to log on and access the workouts everything is great. There are hundreds of different exercise programs allowing you find one that suits your personal needs. However, over the past couple of months the software for this app has consistently crashed not allowing me and other users access to an app that we all PAID for. Out of the past two months I’ve only been able to log in 3 times. It has gotten beyond belief. Ridiculous.

    This app is great….when it actually works. Crashes way too often for extended periods of time and it’s super frustrating when you’re following a workout regimen. They really need to work on the tech side of the app so it doesn’t crash and user dont get logged out so much without access for days and even weeks. Giving it three stars only cause its a great app when it works.

    There was about a month were I was unable to use the app. I emailed support and they responded promptly. They said “we were aware of the issue and working to resolve it”. There was no timeline given. I had to keep trying to log into the app to see if it worked. There was also no follow up email letting me know it was resolved. You can imagine not being able to do your workout routine for a month is a pretty big gap. I was dissapponted. The experience above is the only reason for 3 stars. If that hadn’t happened I would have given it 5. When the app is working it does work well and I enjoy using it. The only other issue I’ve notice is there is no way to add notes to the super set workouts. Hope this helps anyone looking at this app.

    I never review apps, but my experience was so bad I’m making an exception. I bought the BodyFit subscription because I follow Dr. Jim Stoppani and I wanted his workouts. I went for the annual, one-time payment option that explicitly states that it will not charge you for 7 days. Well, the payment went through on my card immediately and I’ve been unable to access anything for going on two hours, even after multiple rounds with customer service. I sign in to my account on the mobile app and click on “Workouts” then it tells me I need to buy a subscription, which I already did. When I do the same on the website within my account the “workouts” button takes me to the storefront to buy protein powder. The customer service rep that was helping me told me that it can sometimes take an hour to access workouts after signing up (which is a terrible design in and of itself and one that I’ve never seen on a digital platform) but assured me I’d be able to get in if I just waited. Well, I did wait and she even tried manually adjusting my account on her end. Still can’t get in! Worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying out, by far!

    It was very good while worked. Not able to sign in for few days now. Support is not responding. Update. Login issue has been resloved. The app is working again, yey! 🫵💪

    When this app works it’s great, but currently it has not been accessible for nearly 2 weeks. Fortunate for me my auto renewal would have started in a few days so I was able to cancel it. Please fix the app and I will come back, until then I advise anyone to look elsewhere for a fitness app. EDIT: Keeping it the one star they earned. Took weeks for them to acknowledge the app went down, been using this app for years and it’s apparent the dev lost focus on the community. Switched to Boostcamp, BodyFit needs to vastly update this app and put redundancies in place to minimize downtime before I would consider subscribing again.
