Partial ideas & instructions are texted to me but I don’t get it all so I can’t make a judgement call on whether I want to spend the money or not-

They count everything like carbs, protein, etc. That info alone has saved me from sabotaging my progress. This app is amazing!!! Thank you!!! Highly recommend.

I’ve always toyed with the idea of a Keto diet but I never knew where to begin. There are so many books about it with general guidance. However, I wanted something more tangible with actual macro target numbers to hit every day. I gave this app a chance and I have found success with it. It has and had everything I needed to get started. It calculates your daily macros and you add your updated weight so your macros will automatically adjust. It has so many recipes that you can adjust the servings and add them directly to your daily intake. I also love that it continues to show you if you are reaching your max…..seeing it all stay “green” is a goal and when carbs go “yellow” I know to be mindful not to go over. What I do love most about the app is the customer support. I have had detailed questions (even on a weekend) where I texted support through the chat link. To my surprise, it was answered within a couple hours. I know it was not an AI answer either because there is no way AI could have made heads or tales out of my question to give me such a detailed and personalized answer. To say this app has been a game changer for me is an understatement. I purchased other keto apps at the same time I purchased this one. It is so user friendly and yet, so detailed….I could not have made the progress I have made without it. Thank you to whomever created it. With your customer service alone….it shows they truly care about everyone’s journey and want it to be successful.

For the first time in a long while (years) I have a tool, guide, and cheerleader in one app. It’s easy and quick! I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to make a change to get healthy!

I’ve been on keto for about four years. I find it to be a very easy diet and this app is very easy to use and very affordable compared to other apps. There’s recipes if you choose to use them even though I don’t really need the app anymore because I know what to eat sometimes when I change things up I just like to calculate, so I continue to renew the app. It’s my fourth year.

So much to like about this app when you’re doing keto. Simple and clean design, just the right amount of nudges to keep you motivated and on track. One or two minute reads about really interesting topics relating to keto. Highly recommend.
