I bought into the eufy ecosystem to be free of subscriptions and ads… and eufy keeps adding more and more ads and banner to the app. I might ad we’ll be scrolling Facebook at this point with all the intrusive ads and banners and popups.

why does homekit portal not show my camera? It shows homebase 2+ eufy cam 2c, eufy cam 2 , but where is my camera???

Group Arming/Disarmimg feature gone

I purchased one of these for my back door. Trying to keep an eye on the yard. This has been so responsive. Quality of the imagery is great. Thinking about buying one for the front of the house now.

These cameras have made barn monitoring so much easier. A Quick Look at night from the house and I can rest assured that the barn, farm road and all the critters are safe and sound for the night. Bravo!

Well just purchased 2 door bells, 2 outdoor solar cams, flood and it seems to all be working but the app freezes my phone when switching views full screen to upright after viewing events. Almost afraid to turn the phone to view because it freezes for a long time 30+ secs. The new version is doing it more often then before the new update.

I have my cameras up and running. I feel much safer now

I want to view videos that were recorded by my doorbell cam more than 1 year ago, and the app wont allow me to go past 1 year, even though i have stuff saved there. Pretty lame.
