I have recorded calls for weeks, it doing great, but the only thing you guys need to do update the edit calls cause when they call is like 22 min I have tried to edit it and every time it kicks you off the app but other then that I love this app

It doesn't record what's app calls. Not cost friendly when traveling abroad

I signed up for the seven day free trial and was immediately charged. I’ve cancelled my trial and expect to be fully refunded.

The transcriptions are not complete and are inaccurate

I needed a recorded phone call so I downloaded this app. It seems straightforward. However, this app pretended to record the phone conversation and doesn’t have the capability to save it, even though I specified to save it on my iPhone. Also canceling your subscription to iTunes is not possible. It doesn’t even show up. If you get this app, you have to block it from your bank. at all costs.

I have several calls that I’m trying to download and it will will get to 61% and then it stops. You can only download the recordings if they’re less then 3 min. Sent an email to support and still have not heard back. These calls are very important and I can’t download them. Do not recommend this app

First, I want to say, on an Android phone, call recorder is free and you don’t have to call the app after you answer your call. It records automatically, incoming and outgoing calls. Second, I was hesitant on paying for this subscription because I didn’t like the fact that you have to put the person on hold, while you call the app and then link the two calls. That’s just stupid to me. Anyway, the app is defective. It’ll record the call, but as soon as you try to download it, it takes forever, just for it to reject the download. If the call is over 10 minutes , you can forget it. You just included the cap recorder into your conversation for absolutely nothing. I’m a businesswoman and I needed a feature like this for my company. I canceled my subscription, but unfortunately I have it till next year. I have to be extremely honest, but I hate this app, as it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

Recording for two out of three of my calls stopped partway through. And the cost is preposterous.

I am an actual customer, so I’m writing this review for others who are looking for a reliable and non scam call recording app. I personally have no need to record my calls except for only a single occasion, so I used a free trial, but I was EXTREMELY SKEPTICAL about this one, and tried several others only to find that this particular app is the one that I would use for my single use call recording situation. I am sorry about cancelling the trial, but I would like to at least try to give you guys a positive review for your app and personally recommend it to others who are just as me SKEPTICAL. Try it out and I think you should be happy with the product. My call recorded perfectly and I am new to this tech, so it was easy to use. Which is IMPORTANT. Thank you for making a quality app, and you might want to consider to make a pay as you go feature for people like me who don’t need this function on regular basis. If I do need it, I will definitely subscribe to your app! Julia
