I down loaded this app to help me identify a problem with a tomato plant. When I took a picture of the tomato plant with a tomato in the picture it gave me the wrong plants. I tried serval time and it would not identify a tomato plant. This is a very easy plant to identify especially with a tomato in the background. So I am not sure how accurate it would be for other plants.

I bought this wpp in 2017. Now they removed it from my phone and want me to buy it again. They even offer a “Lifetime” license. What s joke! I already had a lifetime license. Didn’t do me any good.

I just bought the app last week, but am finding it frustrating to use. When I go on the app, there are other people’s pictures to sort through until I get to my own. I want to see my pictures, and think it’s unnecessarily cumbersome to have to figure out a way to get to my own pictures. It takes one or two extra clicks, and then I see my own pictures. If I go out of that for a few seconds, I’m back to the same picture off someone else’s flowers. I bought this for my use in identifying plants. I moved into a new home with an extensive garden and need help to figure out all the plants I’ve got. The app doesn’t seem to be very good at identifying leaves growing out of the ground, or a plant with flower buds not yet open. I don’t know yet how accurate the identifications of plants are. I have a list from the former owner of the name and location of plants, and what I have identified so far, is not on her list. I hope as more things bloom, the identification will improve.
  • Good idea, but it doesn’t work well

I just love the ‘complaint dept’ response to “this app doesn’t work well”: if you weren’t so stupid and could RTFM, it would work great! I read the instructions and couldn’t get it to work well, but I’m not stupid enough to give you any more money.

I used the free app for a couple of years. It was interesting but not always accurate. Now I find that I have to download a whole new version. There is no mention of the subscription demand until after you download the app. If you accept the free one week trial, you must cancel within that week or base subscription payment will be taken. Why can't you just be honest up front about the cost and the demand for payment. Is your product so poor that you must trick people into paying for it?

I paid for the full premium service up front. It was between 20 and 30 dollars then. They created a new version and negated all of the premium membership i paid for once already. Contacted customer service and never even got a reply. Keep your hard earned money. I can’t be alone on this, where’s everyone else who just got kicked?
