    Honestly after about 1700 orders I can safely say that if your trying to help raise a family and make some money no it’s not gonna be enough and honestly it’s pretty sad I have a customer rating of 4.96 and an accepting rate of 86% I still get orders from people who leave zero tips and they do not give cash either not to mention I’ve had plenty of people say they will give me cash and then when I arrive they quickly shut the door in my face and I’m left looking stupid on their doorstep so I refuse orders like this just from experience and where’s all my high paying orders at I’ve never gotten a higher payout then like 20 bucks from a single order what more can I do get a perfect 5 star rating I held that for two moneys and nothing get 100% acceptance rate honestly it’s just frustrating trying to do the most but then never any reward.

    I know a big part of this is my fault which is why I gave them an extra star, but I think I got deactivated during my first drive because my phone died. Either that or the app was being really glitchy. I feel like it’s controversial, but I believe mistakes happen, and while yes I should be held accountable, it was my first drive… and people who are just putting their toes in the water deserve a second chance. I’m ok with what happened to me, it made me look at some of the other reviews and realize this isn’t for me, but I hope this changes for future situations like this. People make mistakes, and I feel like we shouldn’t be held to perfect standards while starting out.

    For entire 3 weeks dash been lit up and unable take jobs as well as dash now and it’s messing up a lot of peoples pay. It shouldn’t take long to fix these problems

    I’ll been dashing for a while now Almost At 1k Deliveries Y’all need to fix the glitches I was top dasher With gold badge perks. Example every time do a delivery and check my months delivery y’all take 10 deliveries from me and I have screenshots. Yesterday I had 126 deliveries for the month now today it’s at 95 deliveries like what happened to rest it and how taking deliveries plus when I go to schedule a block in my zone yall show me only upstate with Perks like I have now but it’s not showing my areas. YALL NEED TO FIX THE algorithm Problems

    This has been very frustrating. My scale is in the upper 90s has been but has recently went below because supposedly I am getting hits when I’m really not however, I will be in a hot zone and get no dashes. I don’t know why this is what’s going on but me and other workers will work together and I will not get nine for the past five times that I went out. I’ve gotten one – for four dollars and some change this. This is very frustrating. I do not feel appreciate it. I feel used Contacting support is worthless they just claim it’s not hot in the area. It’s slow they do nothing.

    The earnings are very bad, you’re expected to take orders that don’t pay tips or you won’t receive orders. You will be outside next to restaurants and you’ll receive 1 to 2 orders per hour, and most don’t pay tips. Doing this job will destroy your car, for which you will have to pay over $1000 every time you take it to a shop to get it fixed from all the wear and tear. Only good thing about doing this job is that you get to decide when to dash , but money wise this is not worth it at all.

    7 day waiting period for “fast pay” seriously? For our safety, or for your shareholders?? 😡 I really needed the money I worked for, and I cannot believe how hard it was to find, setup, only to be told a 7 day waiting period at the end of it all. You seriously need to work on the interface, for instant pay. Are you using a third party for it? It took forever!

    I’ve never seen any one else’s account do this, but I was getting no dashes for hours at a time, and I realized it was because my vehicle type said walking. Well that would make sense why it’s not sending me orders, so I try to change it, and it wouldn’t let me? When I go to add new vehicle the drop down menu will only show walking. And the trash can symbol next to my “vehicle” does nothing. I updated the app, and tried calling support but it was no help. Such a bummer :/
