Before I used to get two Katu sauces with my order. Now just 1. What happened? Is the Popularity bringing a higher demand that chezkatu can’t deliver????? I could understand if it was this way before

My rating is toward the app, not the food. I’ve tried multiple times to login the first day I downloaded it (6/27/20) but the app would immediately close out when I clicked the “sign in” button. I think this may be specific to iPhones (or maybe just mine, idk). I contacted the restaurant through Instagram, and they told me to contact tech support through the app. I did and never heard back. I tried to download the app on someone else’s phone (a galaxy) and only then was I able to place my order so it was all fine. It’s now 7/4/20 and I’m still having the same issue on my iPhone. I tried to delete & redownload the app, restart my phone, etc. but nothing has changed. I also never heard back from tech support but sent them another message this morning. Not sure that this will ever be resolved.
