The App is very shady and giving you hard time to cancel the prescription, and ended up charging and sending you the unwanted prescription.

It’s hard but be patient. As time went on for me the products improve and they will work with you to tweak. No consultation? No problem! These guys sign you up, never did a doctor’s appointment or the “consultation’ for me, then put you on a subscription that is next to impossible to cancel. N1o one talks about it because they are probably embarrassed to be taking hair loss pills or whatever this company sells for ED. They give last-second warnings on refills and you are suddenly $195 out of pocket without any chance of them crediting or cancelling. Look this all up on Reddit before downloading. First order they sent was wrong, then was charged out of nowhere for something I didn’t order or need for 120 bucks…. Scam tbh

Tried to sign up and ended up with no help or communication from the “doctor” and “NP” no replies or explanation given. And this was in a few minutes of each other. Regret wasting my time and money on this. Hopefully if I delete my account I won’t be charged. Rude and unprofessional behavior. Will never recommend and will block their ads as spam.

i was charged 34$ for something i cancelled and i haven’t had a subscription to in over a year and was charged after adding my card to my account to renew a ED medication only, and they won’t refund for it

They will take your money right away and will not ship your prescription for days. Costumer service is horrible instead of helping they kept asking me if I wanted to cancel my account. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

They are not transparent with their costs. You begin answering their questions and at the end you're brought to the purchase point and realize they don't take insurance and you pay full price. You are inundated with nags to buy the item with no option whatsoever to stop the nagging. Persistent emails and texts to complete the transaction with no option to delete the transaction. To put it mildly the con artists. Go see a regular doctor.

It is a highway robbery. I asked them to cancel my order right after I saw their treatment, but the refused to do that because it was processed. Processed, not shipped!
