  • Scam alert

Multiple times during this game you will encounter an issue where you have 2-3 items left, but there nowhere to be found. That’s because it’s not there until the times over. That is unless you’re using items. I’ve seen multiple times where the item in question was not in the window, but miraculously after time ran out, it suddenly appeared. All a push to try and force you to pay for items. Complete fraud.

  • Great Game!

I love this game and have been playing for a very long time and something I have noticed is when you get on a winning streak it will eventually make you lose! I just experienced it again and it really upsets me because I worked hard to get my power ups and keep them! I had the extra time the camera and the magnifying glass and I was on a roll! But the last scene I played I was trying to find the last item which was a ruler and I found it and repeatedly clicked on it and even tried clicking around it thinking maybe I’m not hitting in the right spot. It then took 10 seconds from me and so I used a magnifying glass from the bottom power ups to show exactly where it was thinking maybe that wasn’t it even though I was positive it was and sure enough it was and so i tried clicking it again and again and it wouldn’t let me have it and I ran out of time and lost all of my power ups and my winning streak! It really ticked me off because this has happened to me a few times before. I have weeks where I can’t barely pass a level and get stuck on some for days and then I have winning streaks and this is very bothersome and needs to be fixed! Otherwise it’s an amazing game!
  • I still really like this game, but…

First, I’m on level 810 and I’ve never spent a dime. I play at least once a day almost every day and sometimes several times a day. I actually like the fact that you can’t play for hours on end, because I would and I really don’t have time for that. I love the graphics and the variety and the challenge. (I actually stopped playing Words with Friends when I started playing this. It’s the only game I play.) I’m usually irritated with the main character guy because he tells me things like “let’s get more stars” and “how about we get an end table for this spot” 15 times when I am failing the super-hard level for two days. He’ll ask me “what’s your plan for the day?” And I am, like, “work really hard for very little gain while you stand around complaining that you have nothing to do when there are boxes you could be unpacking…” Which brings me to another complaint, we’re trying to solve a mystery but we have to stop to make sure there are enough rugs? And the cat needed two cat trees?!? I get fixing windows and paying for that, but I don’t get having to pay for him to answer the phone or the door, among other things that I really think should be done without “charge.” I have literally seen him do two things that didn’t cost me stars and one was misting a plant that he wanted to get rid of anyway. I’m all for fixing the place up, but I feel that that should be cheap (either in stars or with easy levels) and getting ahead should be where things cost. A big thing for me is the time given for level. I think it should be that you can get through a scene no matter how long it takes you, but you get fewer and fewer stars as you take more time. Then maybe you could have the option of trying again to get more stars, or you could move on. Like every scene would start at 10 stars but you would minimally get three. And how is the hardness of a level determined? Sometimes I clear a “super hard” scene more easily than I do a regular scene. I think “super hard” is when there are clouds or you have to get two of everything. My favorite scenes are what I called “scatter,” where you find all of the same object, like hearts or stars, and “find the difference” between two scenes side-by-side.
  • Insanely difficult

    By JL 55
This game is well made. Nice story. Nice animations. Nice execution of everything. However, some of the puzzles are insanely difficult and very frustrating. You either have to play the same level 10-30 times until you remember all the many variations and hiding places, or spend money and buy helpers, or wait out a few days until they give you rewards.
  • Stop stealing our credits.

I like the game, but so many times I accidentally used 900 credits in error. Please change it.

I play this game with my grandson when he gets to visit on holidays. He is very good at spotting the tiny things in the hidden scenes, me not so much! I think you should have an old person game with big items and a way to earn more time. I don’t want to stop playing when he is not here because Carl is rude! If I get on late I get tips on how to sleep. One time he said I had preservision. Really I don’t need that or his eyes. I just want to find things so I can renovate things. The amount of renovation is crazy, I can’t get enough stars in one win it takes at least five or more . I’m on a fixed income so I don’t buy in app purchases. Come on people help an old lady out. Also let us know how many items we are searching for in each scene. Thanks for listening, I hope I don’t have to let you go idle until my grandson comes to visit.
  • Plan to shell out a lot of $

Quickly becomes difficult and very, very slow progress. If you like it, plan on shelling out a lot of $. I am quitting because it has taken all the fun out.
  • More time
