Games will not load in the app. Nothing works

I’ll start with that I love the domini games, but sadly this app has a bug that seems to be an issue for over a year now. On the last chapter where you collect bones it won’t let you collect all of them.

Don’t waste your time! The app hasn’t been updated in several months. Now it’s not even loading and you’re still charging people for subscriptions! I’m now owed 5 free games. Customer support doesn’t respond.

These used to be my favorite games. Now the app is totally blank. No way to access the free game I paid for with my subscription from the website. Already tried to contact support. Email keeps coming back as undeliverable. Will be canceling my subscription and requesting a refund from Apple. Serious problem with this developer. Not sure what happened. They used to be great!

App stopped working. Have emailed support a few times already but no changes.

I have emailed you guys and sent the requested screen shots and the app is still not showing graphic on the Game tab, the Subscription tab or the View Guides tab. Before the iOS 15.5 update the app worked fine. Can you please update this app?

The app was great when I first got it now when I open it there is nothing but blank screen it show no games at all I have cut my phone on and off I have uninstalled the app I un uploaded the app everything and still nothing help

If you do a “see all” under either New Releases or Recommended it shows you a lot of games, but no matter which one you select it always takes you to the same game in the App Store.

Games are good but don’t get the discounts promised by subscribing

This app could be better! 1. Only shows recently released and recommended games. Can’t see all games. 2. Constantly logs you out! 3. Doesn’t show the games you own. 4. I’m a club subscriber and get a monthly free game, but this month after choosing my free game and downloading just like every month, I didn’t come to me unlocked. Sent a support email 3 times and still the say they’re working on it. Seriously what’s to work on? Give me my unlocked game, easy peasy. Now I’m buying no more games until they give me my game. I will start using other companies.
