I got this app to organize my duplicate contacts and photos. But when I ran it it actually ended up deleting many of my photos and a huge chunk of my contacts! I can’t find any way to restore them. The only way to get support is to email the company and I’ve emailed them twice with no response. Very disappointed.

Sorry, but this app doesn’t work. I bought it specifically to remove contact duplicates. Go to that function and it just cycles endlessly.

This program is a very big disappointment.

NOTHING FREE about this APP except the option to DELETE it

I am sooo unsatisfied with this app. When I go to choose the best photos etc. to keep so I can “clean up my iPhone” there’s no place to actually delete the ones I don’t want. Very frustrating when you spend time to go through 5,000+ photos it detects and you can’t delete anything. I hate having to spend money on something like this in the first place let alone spend it and not be able to do anything. I tried to fill out an email for email support (which auto fills the address) and it won’t even allow me to send the email from there.) Wish there was a way I could report the app. What do I do? Or can I get my money back? Anyone know?

This app is one that I want to cancel but cannot find the way to do so. The way that it markets itself is unethical.

Tried this app and had high hopes after reading all the glowing reviews. What the heck and why is it such an utter value for me? I have a I phone 13 with more than a few of the EXACT same photo. I was anxious to get rid of duplicates and excited to use app. After running scan I was shocked to see 2 duplicates, THAT WAS IT 2. I had similar pictures shown and some of those were not even close to each other. Totally disappointed!!!!!

If you want people to delete their stuff after they DELETE IT they have to do a subscription fix this! NOW

Useless! Waste! So yeah I paid 4.99$ for a month to see if I like it! If i wanted to do it myself what am i paying for this appI want my $$ back! PS yeah they have a premium plan also, i could care less because they r stealing 4.99$!
