I was curious and signed for 1 month with promotional fee of $15.09. When I checked my credit statement, I noticed they double charges me. I went into the app to look at the subscription. I signed up on 4/2 which was $15.09, but the shady company tried to me for additional $15.09 because it considered May is a new month. I didn’t authorize them for additional month. I messaged this company through WhatsApp. I told them that I would contact Apple and my credit card company for unauthorized charge. The next day the charge was removed but no one replied back to my message. Shady!! Plus their app doesn’t provide anything new that you can google or YouTube.

Sometime ago I took the 7 day free trial….during those 7 days due to my own timing issues really couldn’t evaluate the app so I terminated before the 7 days….a couple months go by, voila instagram ad appears take a 7 day free trial…so I said let me dedicate more time and see if I can follow or use….once I hit the button it charged me $60….not even a warning you are in our system the 7 days trial is over you will be charged the full amount….when you live in a black and white world, no empathy, no understanding, no divergence from the norm you shall suffer so not very pleased with Dr Kegel and I don’t even know if it is a good app or not…not a happy camper…

I sent an email regarding my purchase of a 3 month subscription for Dr.Kegal app that was purchased on IG and at this point I don’t know how to access my membership through the app without signing up for another subscription. Have tried to contact in other ways but no response. Please advise. Thank you tons.

Constant upselling. If you miss a day it resets progress and makes you do tutorials again. Trash. Delete.

Need to cancel!! Not using the app, and I’ve emailed the WhatsApp as directed with no response. You cannot do it through the app and I’ve been charged for the first month..after changing my status to non active

Bought the app. The subscription I paid for didn’t work, it says my email isn’t recognized. I’ve been emailing customer service everyday to ask what the issue is. Customer service does not respond or try to resolve the problem. They did reimburse my payment but even if I wanted to pay for the app it doesn’t work and nobody is there to help with the issue

I am involved in app and software design. If someone made this for me I’d fire them. The content and features of a kegel app are not very complex. But the makers of this app have layered in so many sales and retention pop ups that it makes the whole user experience confusing and distasteful. — The pulsing circle with the timer is great. That is the main value driver of the app. Literally everything else makes me want to violently puke

Intro into the app makes it seems like it’s some miracle app for guys when its the same Kegel app as women just a different cover. You should not have to pay to do something with such minimum effort. There are plenty of FREE apps with minimal advertisements on the app store you can use. If you need further knowledge of kegels, a quick google search will do much better
