At one point the game tried to make it fair for non spenders, light spenders. Now it seems to only cater to those who spend. Match ups aren’t fair even for some of the higher ups, people selling accounts have forced the developers to up taxes on bounties and the events are now back to back. I’m quickly losing interest after 3.5 years. Even as a decent spender, higher clan, bigger influence I’m finding it harder to want to log in.

I am writing to express my strong objection to the unauthorized use of my Apple ID by my cousin's son for gaming purposes, resulting in a total of 21 transactions amounting to $167.77. Despite reaching out to Apple Support for a refund due to my cousin's son's negligence, I was unsuccessful and decided to write this review to transparently express my dissatisfaction with the situation. A few days later, I received an email from the developer stating that they would refund the amount spent for the sake of fairness within the game's ecosystem. However, they warned that this account would be closed within 24 hours. I expressed my gratitude but emphasized that since all these transactions were unintentional, the fate of the gaming account was of no importance. It has been over 72 hours, and not only has the promised refund not been processed by the esteemed developer, but I also find that my review has been reported and deleted by them! This is truly disheartening. You completely forget about what email you sent me regarding the refund! I am truly exhausted and distressed by the 10 days I have spent following up on this matter. Never experienced such a thing before.

I couldn’t load the game I don’t know why , I tried with cellular and wifi even with vpn but it doesn’t working. What should I do?

Wish reporting did something on here. Had another player pretend to be me and others in my faction and libel us. Reported him and nothing happened, even sent something in Discord showing what all he said while pretending to be me a few months back. He’s still on there and toxic as ever. He, his wife, and some of their friends now like to attack our faction and are trying to run us off the game. Make it where reporting actually results in something! BTW, updating now as it has gotten worse. Seems gms have 2 different styles of punishment depending on if you are friends with them or not. Same person and her friends causing issues receiving no punishments for more of their stunts and people who they don’t like have been getting banned or muted. Been talking with the gms and it has resulted in my game glitching.

I am half blind and I have a hard time reading the fine print. I wish that it would read it for me. Is there anyway you can help me? Thank you.
