I have the free 14 day trial and have decided not to renew as didn’t have some features I wanted. No button/option to cancel my free trial. Just says renewal options. I’ve had it for a day.

I was overcharged 60 dollars , the help section would not let me send an email to ask about it.

I couldn’t log in to accounts or use certain apps like Yelp, Bank apps, ect.

Can’t login. Says no account in that email, but had no problem auto renewing.

ACG seems to be okay but it is frustrating that when I pay a good bit of money for what appears to be complete protection I continue to get notifications that I need more protection. It looks like a good company would develop a product that covers everything rather than nickel and diming us to death. I’m retired and on a fixed income and an additional $10 a month is expensive.
