App is constantly crashing and is practically useless.

The app doesn’t load when my phone has no signal or when I’m in airplane mode. This is a relatively new bug. Please fix it!

This app is almost unusable. It continually crashes and makes it impossible to make it through an episode. Updates, uninstalling and reinstalling seem to fix it for a day or two then it starts acting up again. I pay for content that I am unable to listen to

Lots of cool content, would be really awesome if I could listen to it for longer than 15 minutes without the app crashing.

This app is a mess. It crashes all the time. It updates but I’ve not noticed a difference in functionality. Right now I can’t get a single thing to play. The developers need to do better honestly.

I love Wondery. It has a lot of great content and I like that there is so much informative and entertaining contents for kids. However the app has gotten exponentially worse since they raised the price. Episodes won’t load, it won’t connect or access the offline library. It is so disappointing.

I love the content from Wondery but the app buffers constantly, regardless of if on WiFi or not. I’m tempted to cancel my subscription and just deal with the commercials from the podcast app from Apple.

The shows are great but the app is horrible. I would be happy to look past the issues with UI/UX if the app was stable. I would even go so far as to rate it 4 stars if the app would stop crashing. The only way I have found to temporarily fix the crashing app is to delete it and reinstall it. The content is that good; I pay for a subscription, turn a blind eye to terrible choices made by a UX team while implementing end-user work arounds because the dev team can’t be bothered to read a stack trace and the software testers aren’t. —response to developer— The only way I can get the app to work is to delete it and then reinstall. The app works for a few days and then goes back to crashing every two minutes. Rinse, repeat. **update** After the recent update, the Wondery+ App is even worse. It causes massive battery drain and overheating. DEVS - use the Profiler tool provided in Xcode to identify the issue with your code.

I love the content, great shows on Wondery plus. The low rating is because the app itself doesn’t work well. Takes forever to open, if I pause and start again, it changes the spot where it starts. So I’m constantly listening to the same parts over and over. Needs lots of annoying little bugs worked out.
