I’m new to the app and love this often overlooked component of training! I’m just learning my way around the app and I am using the free version. The stretches and strengthening exercises based on my needs are great! The one area that I don’t see is the forearms and hands. As a climber, I need some helpful recovery for my forearms and hands. Am I missing something? Or would you consider adding it? Thanks!

Really enjoy the workouts, but the videos fail to fetch maybe 33% of the time, which is a bit annoying when trying a new routine
  • Helping me get more flexible with less pain!!!

As an older rider this helps with cramping and they are very convenient. I like being able focus on specific areas as well as using the pre-ride & post-ride stretches. Big difference since started using!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Like the title says I like the app for what it is and does. I have to take a star off because the error loading video in every stretch/strength/etc… Very annoying!
  • App latency

It’s impossible to use the app. The content is great- but you can’t get to it.
  • Love it

Great app I love using it for new routines and working off the soreness after races and long runs.

Would be nice if there was a true iPad app given the reliance on video content.
  • Disappointing. Very disappointing.

Strava shoves this app in your face every time you finish a workout on their app, so finally, I relented and signed up for it. I’m 42 and bicycle about 11miles every other day. I’ve noticed that I’m getting some pretty bad lower back pain about 3/4 through the ride. I figured Recover could be really helpful in finding ways to alleviate that constant lower back pain plus it supposedly works well with Strava. Helpful? Nope not at all. Apparently I have to pay for Premium just to access lower back recovery stretches. Shame on you Recover. Deleted the app. Plenty of FREE lower back recovery stretches on YouTube to choose from.
