    These apps never disappoint to deliver the best workout no matter what I need each day. Leg day, chest day, yoga day, or just need to move but am so tired not sure what I want day.

    Been using and loving the yoga and hiit apps for years now. Today, though, when I used hiit, the weights were no longer in play. I figured an update changed my settings but the weights aren’t there anymore (not bands). Why not? Seems odd to delete a feature… Only other problem I’ve had is wrong wording for some steps like repeating same side in yoga or saying opposite of what model is doing. This is rare but since it helps to get poses and moves right, could use QC.

    I just can't appreciate this team with words! it is the best workout app in every aspect, your freedome to choose the focus of the workout sessions on your body, the great music it has, the human video doing the workouts, and best of all a team that will help any one with any financial situation going for the Pro Version, Down Dog team the Best Ever ❤️

    I love the down dog series of apps. The love affair began with down dog yoga then I found the HIIT and running. It looks like Running is gone. That one wasn’t the best one. I highly recommend yoga, Pilates, and HIIT from down dog. Even the free one is well done! I have had the subscription for the complete suite for five years now or somewhere thereabouts.

    I was in a rut with my strength training workouts: not feeling pumped about them, and doing the same exercises over and over again. I came to DownDog for the yoga and loved it. I tried the HIIT in a whim and I’m hooked. I appreciate the ability to shape my workouts to my own timing and targeted areas, and love even more that the generated workout has a new selection of exercises each time. The videos and guidance are just the level of instruction that I need. Thanks, DownDog!

    Wish I could choose to repeat exercises instead of all no repeat. Time is too short for each exercise. Hard to them them properly with the short amount of time.

    Love the whole suite of DownDog apps! Great variety, pre-set choices to make choosing easy when you want, great music, voice options, and they give you great results. ❤️❤️ I’m anti subscription but this is one that I’ll never get rid of - lots of value for the money. I do wish they had the energy / calorie usage connection with Apple health. I frequently forget to start this app AND apple fitness tracking so I miss the ‘credit’ for the day.
