Do not get. I paid and after my first attempt using(same day) I tried to get a refund. Some guy named Dmytro emailed and said they had no record of the transaction. Dmytro, not shocked.

Haven’t been able to create my profile at all! I already payed for the monthly subscription and it’s useless without a profile. I’ve asked for a refund and was denied 😡 at least make sure the app is working before scamming people

I put in a compliant a few days ago because this app charged me 7 dollars and then tried to take 30 dollars from me when I never signed up for a subscription and I can’t even make an account it’s stuck on the madding screen I just want my money back and they do not respond does anyone know how I can report this?
