    Some of the wrong food was brought to us. Wanted to redeem welcome coupon but forgot because we were overcharged for my fish sandwich meal. And were busy trying to get that adjustment. Given wrong receipt to enter info for rewards. Manager had to come back and reprint receipt for us. We have been to Bob Evans 3 times in the last 9 days. Not coming back for awhile now.

    My server was Benjamin. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked on me continuously with a smile. U should have more servers and employees like him.

    Enjoying our waitress Sharon who is very good and remembers what we order This morning it was extremely busy and Christinia Messina (general mgr) was serving meals and filling coffee to help. She was very helpful keeping customers happy

    Southwest Omelette very good. Biscuit/multigrain toast were great. Asked for crispy hash browns, which showed up as burnt. Coffee weak and cold. While paying bill, hostesses arguing over lg. party of 7 and whether or not they could seat them. Main hostess very unfriendly. It was Easter, time for peace!

    Was not busy. Waited to be sat with no attendee and waited additional 20 minutes after being sat without table being addressed. Had to go back up to request a waiter and all were waiters were standing and talking and on phones. Did not receive good service and not attentive this visit.
