Since they don’t write many TV apps (which would be the better solution), you have to stream games from your phone. About every other inning it disconnects to ask you if you are still watching. It is painful to use.

Absolutely terrible service. Don’t anticipate watching the game as it’ll always cut out on you. You’d be better off streaming it somewhere else and let this app lose your money. Commercials come in perfectly fine without issues though! After this season, I’ll cancel my membership and give my money to a platform that deserves it. I hope others follow suite.

Trying to watch the games and negotiating this app is a joke. The ability to rewind is outdated and juvenile. Resuming the game at a place is a common thing these days, but not with this app. Honestly, if the Cubs weren’t as interesting as they are I would’ve canceled long ago.

Finally bit the bullet and paid for a subscription only for the app to not work when trying to watch on the TV. Chromcast has done nothing but buffer and won’t connect to either of my smart TV’s. I have no issues with any other streaming app.
No app to download on the TV or Xbox to bypass the phone app being terrible. Canceled my sub the same day. Sadly they got $20 out of me for being an idiot and thinking they’d provide an actual working app.
Canceling account and removing credit card???

This app doesn’t let you cancel your account. The app tells you to go online to delete it and when you go online , it tells you to do in on the app… AND It doesn’t allow me to remove my credit card at any location. Its not where it should be for payments. They are all blank. Looks like I have to put a stop/hold on my bank account. Never using this app ever again
