I wanted to try the free trail to see how their reading section is bc that’s all I really needed to study for but the stuff on there you can easily find on the internet and I have done those for FREE. So I canceled before my free trail was up and a few days later I was charged 🧐! Requested a refund hopefully I get it back.

I was kinda skeptical about paying for it at first because it seemed a little too good to be true for the price and what all comes with it but I recommend this to literally anyone taking the exam. it helped me so much and I honestly think this is part of the reason I passed. Not only because it keeps track of what your weak spots are but because it gets you thinking in the same way the test will and helps test anxiety like no other! Super super happy with this app!

I downloaded this and a few other apps to feel them out before choosing one to help me study for my upcoming exam. I decided to put my card info in for the free trial and it ended up charging me for the full 6 months anyways. On top of it all, the questions have spelling errors and some of the answers are marked wrong. Not worth it. Hopefully i’ll get my $20 back.

This app first of all glitches like crazy and some functions don’t even work. On top of that i have spotted 2 questions with WRONG correct answers. Even their own explanation/description of the answer doesn’t match the answer they chose as correct. And the free trial is also a scam because i cancelled my subscription within the free trial window and was charged the full six month amount. The whole app is fraudulent! They didn’t proof read their spelling and a lot of the questions are copied and pasted from other places so it will say “in the picture below” or something when there is no pictures on the app. Please use other apps. There are plenty of better ones in the App Store that actually let you track your progress and revisit questions you need practice on.

I haven’t even started to actually use the app but just the fact that it has automatically charged me the full amount $21 when it says 14 day trial is bad enough. I need a refund!

I wanted to do the 14-day ‘free’ trial and have hit the ‘cancel subscription’ like it said. I was still charged! What’s up with that?? I need the $20 refund.

I did a couple practice questions and then a screen popped up that said 14 day free trial and then 6 months for $19.99, assuming I wouldn’t not get charged until after the 14 day trial I instantly was charged and now the screen is stuck on the same page asking me to buy premium when it was already automatically purchased. I did not buy the app and now that I have it I cannot even use it.

I purchased the lowest subscriptions because I wanted to try the free trial first but it already charged me the entire month. I tried cancelling and it still took my money. I wouldn’t get this app nor would I purchase the monthly subscription since the questions don’t align with one another. I’ll get a question with answer choices that aren’t relevant to that question and later on I’ll see the correct question so you basically have to blindly guess what the correct answer is in order to move on and hope the next question makes sense.

Downloaded with a free 7 days trial, canceled, and deleted the app with in 30 minutes. Over all the questions were great! However, when it asks you to read a passage to answer the questions and there is NO passage to read, you CAN NOT answer the question! I over looked the first time, but after the second time , I wasn’t happy. This app is to help you study so I would expect that “bugs” like this shouldn’t be happening.

Please how do I cancel my subscription?
