    I absolutely love this app. The monthly membership price may look intimidating to some, but if you think about comparing it to the price of an actual in person, personal trainer, this is way less expensive. I am someone who enjoys working out, but once they get in the gym, I have absolutely no idea what to do. I will happily do what I’m told, but I need someone to give me a work out to do. This app has several different teams with different styles of workouts and different goals for you to choose from, but no matter what team you get seven workouts a week with coach videos of how to do the movements Reminders in your ear to breathe, form suggestions, weight suggestions, etc. I have tried several workout apps in the past, and this is honestly the absolute best one on the market. my only wish is this: they do let you favorite work outs and save them forever as long as you are a member, BUT there’s no way to organize your saved workouts. I wish I could put them into folders based on the type of workout they are so that when I’m looking for something specific, I can more easily find it.

    The only downside is this APP is not available to download on fire stick or smart tv and is only available on phone. Otherwise once it is I will sign up for a full membership since this is exactly what I need.

    I love the Ladder app. It’s clean, easy to use, and there are so many choices for coaches. There is pilates, weightlifting, HIIT, yoga, cardio, etc. Coach Sarah has been my personal favorite but I haven’t had a bad experience under any coach yet. If you’re looking to get fit and learn to move around the gym, this is worth paying for. You’ll enjoy it and see results.

    I’ve been training with Corey and his workouts are phenomenal. They keep me on track and leave me pumped up. Highly recommend for someone looking for some consistency

    I love this app! I definitely recommend it for those who don’t have a gym partner or want a personal trainer but don’t want to continuously pay for sessions. If you can swing the annual subscription I highly recommend that being someone on a tight budget myself I was hesitant but that coupled with a great team I feel more motivated than I ever have to hit the gym and hit the gym hard!

    This is the fitness app for women looking to develop real strength with dedicated and motivational coaches. Absolutely adoring the format are hard, but you can go your own pace. Currently working with Coach Sarah ( lover her), but there are many options, depending on what you’re looking for female and male coaches with the tremendous amount of variety in their instruction and technique. They’ve included lots of bells and whistles here. Great video instruction, music integration, weight tracking, community support, etc.. If you’re looking for an app to push your pursuit of your fitness goals further.

    I like being able to workout directly with a program that suits me, keeps me motivated and in check. Don’t think I will continue after the free trial due to a hefty price. They should provide a free version for sure.

    Great routines, Great Coaches, Great App! I have friends on other teams and they LOVE their coach and are seeing results. I have tried one other amazing and fun team but I always come back to team Formation with coach Robin because she really is the goat! Come try Ladder and get in Formation everyone 💪🏽💃🏽
