I'm on the 3rd book on this App, and it will be the last ever I read here because the author adds a chapter at a time each day with tiny pages for each. The two stories I read first never had an ending to the story while spending a lot of $$$, so I gave up like many other readers who commented on the review here and on the pages in the book itself.

Used to love this app until all of my paid completed books have come up missing.

I cannot put down the book. It has a different twist and suspense. I am so engrossed to my reading that I forgot to take my dinner and now contemplating to forget my sleep. I am still in the thick of the story. Kudos to the writer. I hope I can sustain the suspense. This is a kind of novel that you will enjoy even forgetting your sleep. Bravo👍👏👏👏

I’ve had this app for a few years now & I was fine with paying because there’s a few authors I love. About a year ago, they had a falling out with one of the authors I follow. This author no longer writes for GoodNovel but kept their books in app for their readers (since we did purchase these books). Unfortunately this past Sunday 4/21/24, GoodNovel deleted all the books that I purchased from this author from my library. I’ve messaged them to either return the books to my library or to refund the money I spent on these books. I haven’t gotten a response. This is not the first time they did this and last time they put it back into my library. I don’t know what’s going on but this is very frustrating considering the amount of money I’ve invested into these books for it to just be taken away. THIS IS STEALING! UPDATE 4/27: I was told to reach out for support, which I already did. The person asked for the book titles and chapter number. Which I did list, I’ve purchased all completed chapters (all of them were complete). They proceeded to tell me that I didn’t purchase a book and asked for the chapter number. I explained that could not search up the history as they deleted all the books and cannot see the purchase history. They have not responded back to me and it’s been 3 days.

Book isn’t finished. We only get a few pages a day. Goes on and on. Chapter 842 and no where near wrapped up. Then only get a few pages new a day. Just keep paying so you can finish what you started 842 chapters ago. Never again!

This app is a SCAM!!!!! They deleted all my books I purchase from a specific author. Just because the author wanted to cut ties with them for their fraudulent behaviors. I tried messaging their support team, which is useless. They replied at first until I tell them to give me back all my books I paid for or give me back my money. Cause I don’t want their useless coins for other books I do not care to read from their app anymore. And now they ignore me and haven’t responded back in days. Do Not Download and Spend Money on This App!!! They respond to others reviews about the same issue and tell you to contact them. But you’ll still get no response if you do.

Wish it wasn’t so expensive

I feel as though I should be able to read a book and it not cost over $20. Multiples times I’ve spent that and it’s only 10-15% of the way unlocked. I don’t know why I keep doing it honestly, I hope the money is mostly going to the writers but I’m so over it.

Over $500 worth of Jessica Hall books were removed from my library. GoodNovel will not respond to any communication and will delete or block anyone from publicly saying something. Hundreds of people have contacted you through online services, but you have not responded. You have stolen thousands of dollars from people.

They charge more for a book than a New York Times Best selling author to charge so much for unestablished authors get real!
