App works pretty good! Great to have instant conversations with clients

Despite numerous LONG phone calls to GoDaddy my conversations/ smart line number is still not verified and only half works. This is totally unacceptable but no one is prepared to take ownership of the issues. I get assured it’s all working now but guess what it never is. Appalling customer service after 6 years with GoDaddy.

There’s no search feature within the app. How am I supposed to find the right conversation if there’s no search function. This feature needs to be updated asap

Sometimes I can message from the app sometimes not.

Once SmartLine moved to conversations app I thought all the bugs would be fixed. I was wrong. It’s now worse than ever. (app blocks incoming texts from ig which negates me ever using ig for desktop!) Call & text records get stuck and no longer can be deleted with a “client error 404” Customer service rep for conversations literally told me the server is fixing everything. That was 2 months ago! Every few weeks it is necessary to sign out & login for app to even work!. Once my contract is near ending, I will finally be done with Godaddy. (hopefully a more advanced competitor will offer a better deal all around) It’s ashamed because at one point they were above all competitors. But that’s history.

We own and operate an equine boarding facility. Go daddy conversations is easy for new people to contact us and they don’t get lost in the shuffle!
