Watching live games consistently hangs and recently dropped a live steam in the 4th quarter of a football game. Navigation is horrible, please refund my subscription. It’s not worth it.

How do I buy a single pass to watch one game.

I have no problem with the stream or the quality, but the fact I can’t watch on my phone in 2026 is asinine. The video will only play on a desktop… how can local radio stations figure out how to stream online for free and you can’t do it with the $25 a month. Bad.

When I open the app all I get is a black screen.

You need to open the “watch live” prior to the game starting. If you have a bigger window you won’t have the backup of people all trying to access it at the same time and missing a quarter or more of a game we paid good money to watch. NSIC let us log into the game about 30 minutes prior ( to watch really nothing but then we were ready at kickoff! Fix it!

Missed my older brother’s senior year game because of this app. Paid a subscription and then couldn’t watch because nothing worked.

Paid subscription to watch the first game and the entire website and app crashed. Can’t watch anything. No contact number available either.

Paid $15 to watch my brother play football, and the app wouldn’t even load. Tried 10 separate times. Once in the app when I clicked on the game an error code would pop up. Joke of an app. Got the biggest night for the app and they couldn’t come through it’s sad

Was working the day I got it and then right when I wanted to watch the game I was waiting to watch, it crashed. Terrible app and terrible company. Wasted $15 dollars a month. I want my money back
