Not user friendly hard to manage

LG Web OS works great with this app. Kinda like it better than LG ThinQ. ;)

I mean it works but it has a bug if you leave the app you gotta close and reopen it then reconnect to the tv. Plus if you want to really use the app you have to pay like I did in order to not see a million adds or have limited functions.

Waste of time, can’t do anything with this app. It’s not free, can’t control volume unless you pay their premium.

For the amount of money you spend on the tv and download the included app to require a paid subscription is absurd!!

Limited features and constantly annoying with ads

My most despised app. The first screen is an ad for in-app purchase with a stealth close, implying you have to pay to use the same features the free app offers. Once you figure out how to close it you’ll be presented with other ads to buy features you thought this app had. And sometimes it does. It will connect to my tv approximately 1/3 of the time and will present you with ads when it doesn’t, beckoning you to pay to resolve its bugs with a more advanced version. Delightful when it works, after you’ve figured out how to close the ads that plague you. I’ve learned no to used the physical remote because using this app is so painful. I also have an Apple TV unit which works great, and I’d say the user experience of this LG app with an LG TV is about 1/10-1/20th of it. So this rates a one star.

Worked great until the last two days. Now it doesn’t detect my LG smart tv at all. Maybe the app is due for sn update? I see it’s been five months since the last one. This was not a free app, $49!

I was given a FREE YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION and now I can purchase anything from any other TV apps because somehow I have to pay for it. The subscription was canceled and it says I still have to pay for it. Weird app!!

Chose the premium option and still a commercial/ad after every “click”
