    Now, after the app won’t find my TV on the same network, it has caused ALEXA to open and close randomly. My washer and dryer won’t connect and the app has deemed my LG products un-useable. Now I need to get a tech out here ASAP.

    This is NOT an LG product, it is overrun by ads, and is ridiculous to try to dupe someone into paying for functionality that LG provides for free in their ThinQ app.

    It works but every time I lock my phone or go to a different app I have to restart the app to get it to work again. I wouldn’t mind so much if I didn’t pay money for it. I have a 13 pro max so it’s not a hardware issue it’s a software issue..

    i lost my remote and downloaded this. There is an ad to upgrade for a monthly subscription plan every time you click a button. You want to turn up the volume? AD! You want to login to a streaming service? AD! It’s literally such a pain to use, you’re better off just not using a remote altogether and casting your phone screen to your tv.
  • No way to use it without the “Premium” upgrade!

    It’s so annoying! Every time you touch a control it throws the ad for the upgrade in your face! And the hardware remote is nearly unusable because it has no backlight and waaaaay too many buttons all close together with no way to identify what you are hitting, so you are constantly having to quit Disney or Amazon or something you accidentally touched because YOU CANT SEE!
  • Glitch

    There’s a glitch in the system. If I navigate around the television I have to keep switching back-and-forth to navigation in order for it to work. Another words the small diamond that appears on the screen works fine for up down left right but then the next time I use it it won’t work. So I have to switch out of that mode and then switch back into it to get it to work again. This is a consistent problem that happens every time
