Please repair issue. Will not open after most recent update.

I really don’t bother to use the Seller app because I can’t do what I would like with it. Today I tried to complete an order with the app. Couldn’t do it. I clicked “Local Pickup” and then the “Completed” button but nothing happened. Either give us an app that works or don’t give us anything.

This app is flawed and inadequate. The Etsy seller forums are full of complaints about the poor functionality of this app. As such, sellers should have the option to use their browser instead of the app. However, Etsy has changed the app so that now it overrides browser functionality when used on an iPhone. If the app worked great, sellers would gladly use it, but it’s seriously problematic. Etsy, listen to your sellers.

Does not work neutral when a claim is filed. Seller can prove they do everything correctly, and legally, however, Etsy always sides with buyer. Even when a scam has been proven.

I really hate this app but it doesn’t matter. They don’t care what we think.

My listings were wrongfully removed after giving them so much business and not a single way to contact them or get an actual person to reach out to me. I am so frustrated with this company I am seriously considering reviewing my legal options.

I’m a new seller on Etsy, and I’m just starting to get the hang of it and get in an efficient groove. Loved the old layout of creating a listing wayyy better. This new version is very inefficient. I liked being able to see everything and fill out the form in the order I chose.

This app is a disaster. I have missed orders and messages that I don’t receive. It glitches in a hundred different ways. I waste so much time in my day trying to get this to work and I have the newest iPhone. This app is just so frustrating! I miss the old app. I never had a single problem. No idea why they had to bring out a new app that refuses to work properly.

Completely garbage that’s all that’s needed.

I’m just launching my online vintage shop and have found the Etsy seller app to be so easy to follow! I’ve been able to quickly list items while waiting for kiddos at sports - which makes this a wonderful side business for our busy family. It is super easy to complete purchases and create shipping labels, reducing my run around time. This whole platform has truly been life changing and I love every time I hear that little ca-Ching!
