n I first downloaded the app, it looked good! So I made a profile and Blah blah blah. But when I was trying to go to the store it said check ur connection but there was nothing wrong with my connection! And I can’t even add people as my bubble friends! I really wanna try out this app buts not working for me. My internet is fine and I hope I can actually do things on the app soon. But it seems like a fun app!!

How do you sign up it only lets me log in

i literally haven’t been able to use the app for 2 months because “it cannot be loaded on a jailbroken device” when my device is not jailbroken nor has it ever been. i’ve updated my phone twice and it still won’t work. this is the third time this has happened to me

Jyp please change it to where we don’t have to pay many people who already can’t go to concerts want to use it but there’s no point if we have to pay because some people don’t have money

I like the app and it’s really nice but it’s kinda sad that you have to pay for all the messages, you can’t have one free conversation or like a 3- month free trial you have to immediately pay for it. That’s the only real downside, I love the app nonetheless

It says I am not registered with Jyp what does that mean?

i asked a simple question to the idol about english and korean and they never answered, but i wasn't able to text them until they answered so i never texted them for months. not the idols fault at all (duh) it's just not worth it because if they don't reply after three texts you can't msg anymore until they do. cancelled subscription after that
