They insist on putting my male character in dresses and skirts all the time. Trying to get money out of you every chance they get. Not another penny out of me. Update. Customer service is no help at all. Another 1 star.

I think this game is really similar to Pokémon go but with, but over all it is pretty good. So that is my review.
  • The Guys!

First downloaded this app as a way to see how much I walk at my job. I ended up making a bunch of jokes with my co-corkers about these little guys. I work at a restaurant so when they would bring small fruits to me, we’d joke that they’re stealing stuff from the walk in! Very cute. They always put a smile on my face when I go to check how many steps I did for the day. :]

A few months ago, Pikmin Bloom stopped counting my steps accurately. It would say I walked 65 steps in a whole day! Now, it always stays at zero steps!! I’ve missed multiple community days and events because of it. I’ve basically stopped playing at this point because my Pikmin won’t grow. Having played this game for almost a year, it’s really disappointing to see all that work go to waste. And if you’re wondering, yes my phone allows Pikmin Bloom to track me and use the health app for step counts. It works in the health app but not Pikmin Bloom. I’ve tried troubleshooting but nothing I’ve tried seems to work. Love the app, but I can’t use it. Old review: With my job being mostly walking, (15-20,000 steps a day) step challenges are easy and I love how it shows me “landmarks” in my area! I’ve gone on many walks to places I’ve never been before! I love finding cute Pikmin wherever I go.

Very straight forward and a fun game to have if you walk or are out and about a lot. It’s fun to come home at the end of the day and see what Pikmin are doing and what you got.:)

  • As a Completionist, I'm frustrated.

As someone who needs to get more physical activity, this is a great motivator. As a completionist, I'm frustrated. The recent trend of Pikmin being in large sets is so annoying to see, it's almost impossible to complete a set when it's just the 7 original types of Pikmin, but adding in multiple to collect in a bit less than a month makes completing the set impossible without paying money. You cannot get the flower petals needed to complete specific goals otherwise, and even if you do, that is not a guarantee you will get all the Pikmin. It is a recorded fact that, the more money you spend, the worse your luck is on random draws. I think that there should either be more actually free opportunities to finish sets from completed events, or it should be possible to hide incomplete special event sets. I also hate the large impossible-to-complete sets, as it makes the game less fun to play as a whole.
