    UPDATE 3/28/23 I posted my original review on 1/14/23. The developer responded today (3 months later). The generic response says to contact them with additional information. It's very obvious the developer copied and pasted the same response on every 1 star review. My original review provided all the information needed, and I did not report issues using the app. This app is a SCAM. I want to warn people before they give this developer any more money. The app does not function as reported, and does not provide value for the subscription price. If you read through the other reviews and responses from the developer, you'll notice a pattern of shady, fraudulent behavior. The developer provided the exact same response no matter the feedback provided by the reviewer. ORIGINAL This app is one that overcharges for functionality that doesn’t work. It’s a decoy. There are several apps out there like it. Luckily for me I’m used this so I didn’t make an in app purchase. What makes me so angry is the people who aren’t trained to spot theses types of scams. This app is NOT legitimate. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

    I got this all because I lost my LED light controller and I wanted to control it with my phone little did I know you have to play 12 dollars just to hook up your led lights so the app DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP

    I got my led lights and it said I could also use a app to control them and so I downloaded it and it wants to make me pay for it? I already bought the lights that’s a waste of money

    I paid for the lightbulbs and now have to pay to use it DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS there are many other brands that work just as well if not better and do not require a subscription 🤦‍♂️

    I originally bought this app for my Feit electric lights. However when I got passed the pay way I realized fairly quick that the app doesn’t function properly with the light. I spent $70 bucks for a app I will never use and would very much like a refund. Currently trying to figure out how to go about it. Best chance is calling Apple support. This is ridiculous when there is a free app specifically for my light.

    I bought the bulbs and thought they would work immediately. Boy was I wrong. When you plug it in it pulsates while waiting for the setup. So I installed the app and apparently it is just a hook to get you to pay a monthly subscription!! The bulbs weren’t cheap and there’s no reason to pay a subscription. I would recommend Wiz Lighting. The Al is free and so is the functionality.

    The app popped up with a special $39.99 for lifetime so I paid it charged me $69.99. So had to call apple for a refund. I’m want to pay $39.99. I got the lights hooked up but can’t get the app to sync with the lights. Have to wait for a tech to come this weekend to try to connect if not I’m returning them. Even when I push the controller to change the colors of the light the l lights don’t change colors so I shall see. I would get five stars if it was easier to connect.
