This is the most versatile symptom and treatment tracking app that I found. It’s very easy to input your symptoms and treatments. I love the daily input screen is very simple elegant and quick. And the easy to use timeline view is helpful to spot trends. I like the report output for my doctor. I would love it if there was an environmental or trigger section similar to symptoms for other category of external triggers like weather, stress, food

I am a 17 yr cervical cancer survivor with chronic pain (CRPS/neuropathy), and chronic bowel issues. This app was worth every penny, because it really helps me keep track of my daily symptoms, so I can remember from day today, just how I am doing. I plan on sharing it with my medical providers.

User friendly Simple Not over complicated. Doesn't try to be fancy and full of way too much info. I already don't feel well, the last thing I want is to spend energy filling out a complex app.

Having a variety of odd symptoms makes it hard to see patterns. This tool has been helpful for me to record specific issues and hopefully, if I keep it up, maybe I will be able to have a better snapshot.
  • Game changer for me

This app makes it possible to track up to 5 symptoms and have notes. It’s helped me, as a person with adhd, see how I’m actually doing over time and is very helpful for therapy sessions in reviewing the weeks events that might slip your mind otherwise.
  • Easy!!!

Tracking is such a chore for me but this makes it easy and shows trends. Trends help identify what could be causing headaches. I also appreciate the reminders to track how I feel.
  • It’s alright

It’s descent, but I would prefer to buy it rather than pay an annual fee for all the features
