You people took 20 out of my bank again. Less than a week.

App doesn’t let me buy a subscription and I can’t even access my profile settings in the app without a subscription so I can’t even delete the account I was forced to make just to not be able to use the service

You mean to tell me that I have to pay a monthly subscription and put in money just to scan my cards and putting it in the most expensive subscription this is the dumbest way to scam people

I bought a membership and when I go to use it, it says I need to buy a membership then when I click on the one that I bought it says I already have it so I thought I had to buy credits so I purchased credits and it said there was an error and didn’t give me my credits, but still charged my card and I wrote them an email and they still haven’t responded.

Simply does not work. Paid for a month subscription and couldn’t scan any cards!

Paid for the utility membership and 25 credits for pre-grading my cards. My subscription isn’t showing as active despite the charges on my card. Tried to reach out via the app, but the emails to support won’t go through when I click send. Poor support and sub-par interface.

Not even mad at the scores, got decent scores. The app honestly just sucks it doesn’t scan the cards can’t even tell the difference between Pokémon and sports cards. It picks out whitening spots that aren’t even there. I look with the microscope and it takes five minutes to scan some cards. Perfect csrd got an 8.8 with spots pointed out that werent there, and card with 9 visible spots got a 9.1 with only 3 spots pointed out.

Literally the dumbest and most frustrating app ever invented. When you try to take a picture of the card, it doesn’t capture the card. It keeps trying to figure out what part of the car to take a picture of so for hours it just finds a tiny corner finds the number finds. The name finds a picture of the player finds the foot of the player finds the other corner finds half the card finds a third of the card and on and on and on and on and on and it never actually places the image that you’re supposed to take which are the green lines to align the photo over the actual card. I’ve stood there sweating trying to take a picture of one card. This is the dumbest app I’ve ever seen in my life. How can’t you fix a simple freaking problem

You have to pay and it MADE ME LOG INTO AN ACCOUNT FOR 39 MINUTES JUST TO SAY TO PAY FOR IT! AT LEAST TELL US THAT YOU NEED TO PAY BEFORE SIGNING IN
