This is a big range. How would I know if my penny is worth $2 or $400?

Normally, the response is spot on, once in a while it’s very off. It might be the lighting, but it picked up a coin that was from a different country

It’s now October 2026, yet many 2026 coins in circulation are not being correctly identified by CoinSnap. Hopefully someone is listening and will ‘snap’ CoinSnap into the present.

I have been trying to get help from the customer service help to no avail. I have tried all of my email addresses over the past 3 years and I get the same message “please use a valid email “. I went to “HELP” it says “PRESS” “Customer Service “ I get no reply or response . So there is no way to get assistance.
