I have canceled this subscription over a year ago and deleted the app is it anyway I can get my account refunded from over a year cause it’s been taking money still out of my account

I purchased some points to watch a short and now I’m getting recurring charges on my credit card. So far I can’t get them to stop. One more time and I will be forced to cancel the credit card. Reelshort is of no help.

I love the stories but ion like that I paid to watch the stories now I can’t watch them I would like to continue watching my the story I just paid for
