  • Weird Change

I’ve been using the iHeart app for years and it’s always been pretty good. As of maybe 2 weeks ago, when I’m listening to my radio show, one of 2 things will randomly happen: 1. It will randomly start playing an ad over top of them speaking. 2. An ad will take over, kicking the audio from the show out completely, and I’ll miss parts of the show. Super weird change that happens many times per episode. Please fix 😊

IHeartradio only has the stations that they own but why not make deals to other radio stations because I think other radio stations want people outside of there city’s to listen to there music one of my favorites isn’t on iHeartradio because they aren’t owned my them so why add make deals to the company’s to have all radio stations on iHeart?

The app doesn’t work consistently, and that’s very frustrating. I’m not impressed and definitely not happy with it.

This app is designed to cram iheart radio podcast down your throat. Way too many repetitive ads for their podcast…

I’m on a sleeping sounds playlist that’s not live radio that usually plays through the night and at three fifty something a big loud ad comes on and wakes me not sure why but I’ve had some problems with hackers in past may not be your app
  • Was too many ads (Edit)

You all have gone overboard with ads. Now I know that you all have to have revenue to keep things going. It’s OK to have ads at the beginning of the podcast. It’s also OK to have ads at the end of the podcast. But now, listening to episodes, right in the middle of a segment, three ads show up. Three!!!They interrupt segments and have become very intrusive to the listening experience. And the majority of the time they are repeats of the ads that have already run! One star for being money hungry. Get your act together guys! EDIT: The ads are still an issue but now, and even more annoying issue has come up. What is the point of having the thumbs up thumbs down system to increase or reduce song plays if you’re only going to play the songs more, even if they’ve given a thumbs down? This is a very misleading feature. several times, I have put a thumbs down on on a song and get a message saying you'll play less of that song. But that’s not the case. You hear that same song every single day and over and over again. Again, y'all need to get your act together.
  • Mojo in the Morning

Absolutely love listening to my favorite show mojo in the morning here in Texas when I get ready in the morning . I know the show Is aired in Detroit. My only issue is when I put my Zip in it disappears!! So so sad about it. Had to look up Detroit zip to get it back!!! That’s my only issue. Please fix this. If you can’t then I’ll keep the Detroit zip. I can’t live without my mojo in the morning routine!!
  • New York

I live in Ohio. The app keeps automatically changing the location/zip code to New York Why does this keep happening. I’ll be listening to the Reds and all of the sudden it switches and I get the blackout out of location message and sure enough my location has been changed. It has happened in the fall during Bengals games also but I’ve only recently figured out there’s a location setting in the app instead of the location service setting on the phone.
  • More adds than music

Listen to adds. Play two songs. Listen to more adds. Why would anybody use this?
  • Location service resets to NYC every time app opens

This traps me in a loop of “this is not available in your area”
