I didn’t switch the address and the order would have gone to the wrong city - immediate customer service response refunded my money and canceled the order. Placed a new order near my other location and the credit was already applied. Thank you grub hub.

I spent more than $18 in order to get the delivery cost off my order. I feel scammed it did not give me my delivery off

Every time I use the app it automatically cancels the orders and says that it can’t complete the order, even redownloading. what’s the point of paying for a service I can’t use 😒

Drivers take orders but are clueless where to deliver the items and getting refunded for not receiving your order is never recovered from Grubhub. They will give you back a fraction of what you paid but you never receive that either. No accountability

I had trouble with orders in the past at Uber Eats and I was pleased to see how smooth my order was with this app.

Won’t even let me put in my address. The whole google maps system is halfass and unusable for my area. Half my town apparently doesn’t exist🤡🤡
