    Used the App to upgrade my phone was presented and offer accepted the promotional offer then the app failed to provide me a code to continue my purchase. Called support and they were useless, after trying for a week the promotion expired and AT&T would do nothing to fix the issue or address the issue. If you’re upgrading call in or go into the store app is not good for this.

    They charge you but can’t explain what the charges are for because it’s system generated. I switched to t Mobile and still got a bill after leaving att. This is after I spoke to a reply who told me my final payment was the last bill I had to pay as long as I switched before the next billing cycle. I totally regret ever using att and will discourage anyone I know from using them.

    Im a new customer and i have a bad speed just i can connect 1 device and when i got the service they said that i didnt any problem and they give a cheaper price because i paid 2 month but didnt respect the promo.... of course i will cancel that service

    Very poor service. Can’t even sign-in to acct. on Smart Home Manager 2’ from gateway router with 3 extenders working. Using all the solutions recommended by ATT support did not work.

  • Can’t view account details

    I am on iOS 15. Current release. The app within itself is fine but when going to look at account details it moves me to the full mobile site - however I get a “bad request” every time I attempt to look at any member’s details. It you don’t have all the information in the app- then make it easy and seamless to get to the mobile app.

    I have become very disappointed in this service. I’ve been a customer for years and the prices continue to inflate while the service seems to get worse. Just about every 2 months someone has to come out to look at the equipment. My services just stop working out of nowhere. I am never provided with any kind of credit for the inconvenience. I work from home and have to have reliable internet to work and often times I am not able to which which cause very low productivity. This last time being last week where the tech realized that I had a faulty router which none of the last four techs even looked at. Yes I still have cable TV because I enjoy watching TV. I am paying for the most expensive package because the channels are all spread out through the plans. As I sit here going through the guide I realize it just may be time to switch to streaming service despite not wanting to because most of these channels are what I call “fluff channels “ they are showing ads and infomercials. This is ridiculous.

    My account has incorrect Primary user set. Until that’s fixed, I can’t assign another user, of which I have five, as an authorized user so that they can go into retail store and upgrade phone. Called customer service and they supposedly updated me to Primary and manually added my user as authorized. However, the MyAt&T doesn’t show that update at all and I’ve on day 3 and still can’t see it for validity. Plus I can’t even do upgrade for eligible phone’s either online. Just too much hassle as it’s not correct and having to wait too long on phone for customer service to fix anything. Told my user to try to go upgrade again in retail store, but that’s another trip for her. Please have my problems resolved.

    Just had the “new & improved” version pushed to my iOS devices. I fail to understand why AT&T is pushing software that does not work. High prices & frustrating, disappointing services is NO WAY to maintain any semblance of customer appreciation or loyalty.

    If you are going through a divorce or separation, Att makes it easy for the spouse to commit fraud under your account My spouse is refusing to take responsibility for his phone and watch and ATT is allowing my spouse to turn on his service when I turn it off because I’m paying on his phone If he wants to have the luxury of phone service and to have his devices he needs to put that under his name ATT owes me money for several months For allowing this person into my account I can’t even change my address on my account because he will find out where I live and I’m trying to stay completely away from him. This man is an abusive person who almost got me to kill myself! ATT does not care about my safety or my privacy They are going to have to pay me back for my privacy and for their negligence. My spouse has access to myatt app And this stupid app doesn’t even have any security You just go to the app and it opens right up without logging in. I hate att I’m just not gonna pay for my phone anymore cause they clearly do not want my business
