On April 22, 2022, I paid you $99 with my MasterCard and you declared me an ANNUAL Diamond Member. So why did you block me today with more than 3 months remaining on my membership? I like your app for learning and playing chess, but I very much dislike the fact it’s nearly impossible to communicate with a representative of your company. Thus my 2-star rating of your app. Plus now you’ve cut off my access to play with customary access to the various features of your app. Please restore my access to your app immediately. The latest update completely broke FB login on the iPad. I’ve tried offloading the app, uninstall/reinstall, and restarting my iPad. Nothing works. I get an invalid token error when trying to login. Website and iPhone don’t have issues.

Elo stopped updating, no response from support.

I really enjoy this app and all its features. Ima give this app 5 stars! I’ve recently picked up on this strategy game and this app has propelled my learning and game experience tremendously.

It is impossible to listen to Apple Music while playing on the app, even when all game sounds are disabled.
