Doesn’t work and always a error when someone has to pay for something. It’s very embarrassing

Instant access to funds from sales is something they advertise but is something that has yet to occur while using their service. Pretty disappointed. Weather it’s find being held for security reasons or unable to get out because of low atm monthly limits, or low weekly and monthly transfers limits I’ve had constant trouble access my money. No very happy so far.

I bought the reader that plugs into my phone and it doesn’t work. At all!

My sisters and I have a plant business. We used the Square every time we went to a plant sale, which was probably 30 times a year. Since Covid we haven’t been to any weekend sales. We do just one sale a year as a service to our State Garden club at their annual convention. The use of the Square and their equipment is so easy. We take out the square, plug it into our IPad and off we go. It works even though we don’t have an iPhone, the contactless equipment, or all the other great stuff Square has to make transactions. I love square for my business I have no problem it works fine and I love the reader terminal for on the go I don’t have to worry when I am out and about for customers to purchase now

This app’s basic operations are so simple, so I don’t feel like I should be experiencing this many glitches. Every time I use it, there’s something. From trying to update item thumbnails and it just shows a gray square, trying to add or remove an item from a category and it won’t save my changes, spotty ability to calculate simple totals calculator style without a strong internet connection, etc. Disappointing.

A must have app for any small business.

Our brand, Evergreen Lane, sells a luxury home decor subscription box and nontoxic candles. I enjoy using square but there are things I wish it had a better hold on. I like that it’s integrated with my square system for markets but I don’t like the limited abilities in website designing. I also find it difficult to run a subscription when there isn’t a way to see a list of current subscribers verses unsubscribed customers. Managing inventory can seem a little tricky because I need to add the inventory to the item in order for recurring subscribers to be invoiced and charged. However, I then run the risk of new subscribers rushing and taking this inventory with a new subscription before my current subscribers which is something I’m working through fixing. Thank the Lord it hasn’t happened yet but I’m a fairly new company and still gaining traction.
