First of all I really liked this app. In fact I have recommended it to about a hundred people and was a big proponent of it for my customers, business associates, and employees. It worked moderately well at detecting the text on a number of different card styles. Now that I have been using this app for over a year it suddenly dumps ALL of the cards I have been scanning and without warning says I have no cards?! Needless to say I’m not about to upgrade to premium if you kill my entire backlog of data. How am I supposed to get this back? Doesn’t leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling.

I can scan the card in, but I still have to input the card info. Not worth the redundancy

This app subscribes itself and take money from your credit card without informing you! Ridiculously there is no option to cancel it and no one is answering you! DO NOT INSTALL IT!

After using for years, once I got to 100 transactions it decided it will only work by transitioning to premium service. You should offer a lifetime fee and you would get more people to use or pay for the service no way am I paying nine dollars a month or annual fee for the use of this app, you ruined a good thing.

I used to really like this app but these days UX is confusing, bloated with features that I don’t understand, and I don’t understand how or if I’m getting charged.

I find this a useful app, but the only problem, and in my case, a major problem, is the app Does not automatically rotate with the iPad. I use the app on travel, scan the cards, etc., but I have to edit in the browser, and not the native app, so I can rotate the screen to work with my Bluetooth keyboard.

Don’t get me wrong as an app developer. I truly like to support app developers but I’ve been using this app for years now and as soon as I downloaded it on my iPhone and andriod, I got drastic limitations as to where I cannot even any longer scan business cards without buying a monthly membership or yearly membership. I've bought this app twice before I will not be buying it again. So I guess I’ll just be taking photos of business cards and saving them in my photo files.

Love the app that it is easy to use and adds into my contact list. Also, really like being able to add notes. The negative is that there frequently needs to be tweaking because the fields don't match well with the cards.

Updated the application and it asked me to create s login to SAVE my cards. Now they are all gone. This is a bad issue when the goal is saving that information.
