Customer service sent me to a recording to enter my customer number, but it was just a recording and wouldn’t accept my number.

The stay was very nice Staff took us in like friends Mr Hisham made evrything easy and cool We will Be Back thats for sure 🥰 😎 PS always SMILE 😀

After spending hours combing through places to stay in Hawaii, my final selection came as a shock. This trip was for several family members so I was searching for the best value. I checked other websites and Booking.com had prices our group could agree on. That is until I started reservations. Suddenly the price shot up to about $2000 MORE PER ROOM. I have heard that some sites did this, but the increase in prices was so much more per room I was in shock. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING.COM FOR ANYTHING WHATSOEVER.
