This app needs work. The login ID process assigned to you cannot be changed, and is a long combination of letters that cannot be copied or pasted. Lots of errors loading streams with no coherent explanation of what the error code means. Customer service non existent. Quite possibly programmed by high school students

I love Cricket and as an American it’s difficult to understand and find the matches I want. PLEASE Willow reference the MLB and NFL app for how to make it easier for new fans to get into the sport.

I never signed up for a app and used it before, but I was still charged $50 as a trial fee. After creating an account, I couldn’t even find the charge or subscription information anywhere in my account. This experience was very frustrating and concerning. The charge was unexpected, and there was no clear explanation of where the $50 went. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an app.
